Chinese Barbecue Spare Ribs
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Spoon over ribs, cover with foil and marinate overnight or for 8 hours.
Remove ribs from marinade and place on a rack sitting on a flat roasting pan.
Baste and turn every 15 minutes, baking for 1 hour.
Serves 12.

Ingredients:
- 6 lbs spare ribs
Sauce:
- 1 cup honey
- 1 ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, finely crushed (1 tsp dry powdered ginger)
- 6 tbsp dry sherry
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp Accent(MSG)
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
