Chocolate Pudding Cake
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease an 8X8 glass baking dish.
In a large bowl combine flour, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon and ¼ cup of the
Whisk in milk, vanilla and butter.
Spread batter into a baking dish.
In a small bowl mix together brown sugar and remaining ¼ cup of cocoa powder and
sprinkle mixture evenly over batter.
Pour boiling water on top.
DO NOT MIX or STIR.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Batter will spread into cake and pudding layers.
Cool for at least 10 minutes.
Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.

- 1 ½ cups boiling water
