Lemon Hummus
In a food processor blend garbanzo beans until smooth.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve room temperature
or chilled.

Ingredients:
- 2 15oz. cans of garbanzo beans, drained
- ½ cup tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste (¼ tsp. of each)
- 1 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
