Preheat oven to 350° Mix all sauce ingredients together. Spoon over ribs, cover with foil and marinate overnight or for 8 hours. Remove ribs from marinade and place on a rack sitting on a flat roasting pan. Baste and turn every 15 minutes, baking for 1 hour. Serves 12. Chinese
